200 Records welcomes Littlelake on our beloved label. Shelter for a Song is a precious collection of deep-house songs with a slight techno approach. Littlelake wants to shelter the song format in club music. Even if they are used as tracks, they are telling stories. This is exactly the 200 approach and this why we are concentrating on beautiful Eps these days.

New Moon is an interpretation of the jazz standard song “Lover, Come Back to Me”, the main song of the opera “The New Moon”, which premiered 1928 in New York. Kasia sings the vocals to it. The second song is a dub version without the vocals.

Rumble interprets a gang-fight like in the Westside Story and Nightingale tells the story of a lonesome lover talking to a little bird.
